Can we quote our product prices? |
|
You are welcome to quote your product prices. Please try to keep the below given format, it will be easier for both of us to move forward.
When quoting, please include your own product photos not the ones already circulating on the internet. That is photos of the finished product e.g. Dried Shark Fin, Dried Fish Maw, Dried Sea Cucumber etc.
For Shark Fin
Please provide the Shark Name
Dryness % (or Moisture %)
Sun Dried, Unsalted and Half Moon Cut Shark Fin C&F Hong Kong by Air
Please also mention the price difference in "Full Moon Cut"

Please only send samples after reaching an agreement on a workable price and if requested. |

Would you pay the sample cost? |

Sample sender bears the cost. We understand that you may have sent samples to other places, without a fruitful business relationship, that is precisely why we only request samples after reaching an agreement on a workable price. Please understand that sending the best samples is not the end of business but delivering goods according to the samples is the real business. Bad or poor quality shipment can break the business relationship, whereas sending sample approved quality can guarantee a long lasting and lucrative business relationship. |

Below are some of the suggestions / guidelines which can help seafood products sellers / exporters. If you follow these guidelines, it can save a lot of time, avoid problems and can result a healthy and happy business relationship, which can grow with time.
- If you are contacting us for the first time, please provide your company introduction, product range and production capacity.
- Most important thing is the quality, if you can guarantee consistent product quality.
- Please make sure that you can send product samples, if required. In most cases samples will be required. Sample sender bears the cost.
- Final product quality should be the same as the samples approved. If quality is not the same we may have to revise the price according to the shipment quality.
- Another important factor is the price, please make sure you are quoting your best prices.
- When quoting prices, always quote C&F Hong Kong by Air in US$, unless requested otherwise.
- Mention minimum Order Quantity for each item and mixed orders (specially for the first trial order).
- Please mention your payment terms and any other terms and conditions.
- If you are a Buying House and not a producer. Our concern is that your prices are likely to be higher than the producers, we are directly dealing with.

We shall only accept payment in US$ directly transferred in our account 50% in advance and the rest on the same day of the product delivery. |
