Web Designing

I am looking for someone who can do the "techie" work of building a website. I have all the graphics, text, page layouts, links etc. done – but I need to find someone to make it into a website. Can you do that for me?

I would like to develop a web site. Initially it will be only a homepage, introduction page, and a contact us link, I can supply all text and photos. Can you provide a quotation?

Do you do home visits or do I have to bring my computer to you for trouble shooting?
We do home visits.

Yes, we visit all over Hong Kong Island and New Territories.
   
Do you charge per hour or per assignment?
We charge per hour.
   
Do you charge for your travelling/travelling time?
No, our charges start when we reach your place.
   
What is your minimum visit charge?
Minimum charge is for one hour.

Is there anything you would like me to keep ready for you, for trouble shooting?
Yes, all the software which came with your computer system, e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Video Drivers, Audio Drivers, Network Drivers, Modem Drivers, etc.
   
I have all the disks here, but only Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Office / Netscape, etc. missing could you bring it for me?
Do let us know what you are missing and want us to bring, we can get it for you.
   
Need a visit from someone who can sort out my computer. No big problems just correct internet installation and printer/scanner set up etc. One or two minor software problems. Any discount?
Problem is a problem, doesn't matter if it's big or small. If we have to visit to fix it, we have to charge for it. Minimum charge is for one hour.
   
Do you provide help on the phone?
We wouldn't mind doing that but usually it's not possible.
   
I think I can solve my problem or maybe my friend can help me, can I cancel your appointment?
It's unethical and immoral (why? read next question), be sure before you make an appointment. If you really want to, please cancel a day earlier, so we can commit that time to somebody else.
   
I feel very proud of myself that I solved my problem. I am sorry that I have to cancel this appointment at the very last moment, do you mind?
What do you think? We just lost two clients because of you. First you, and second we could have an appointment with someone else, if we had not committed our time to you.
